"Passion" - Rose Crochet Bouquet w/ Mix

ordered the item on 30th Aug and paid extra for express shipping, received a notification that the item had only been despatched on the 4th September, I tried contacting this company twice by email to find out where my order is and never received a response, not very professional, a short email to advise me why the delivery was taking so long after paying express shipping would have been nice but apparently that's too hard.

I highly recommend it, it's beautiful, super well packaged, and it arrived 4 days earlier than expected. At least in my case, it didn't arrive crushed or shapeless. The decorative papers it comes with are nice. I recommend it.

Pretty good quality for an affordable price. Packaged well to ensure it didnt get squished. I see what people are talking about regarding a lght smell, but it may just be from being trapped in this box during transit. It’ll go away if you air it out. Shipped out pretty quickly
