Shipping Policy

We produce (for made-to-order), process and handle all orders within 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. For express orders this is same/next business day, depending on the time of the order. Shipping is free on orders over $40 AUD, with delivery estimated at 2-6 business days for standard shipping, and 1-3 business days for express shipping, although delays can occasionally occur. You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Currently, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand (currently standard shipping only). Please note that while we try keep all stock locally, some orders may need to fulfilled from overseas during periods of high demand.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard shipping time is estimated to be, but not limited to, 2-6 business days. For express orders this is estimated to be 1-3 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will usually be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Crochet Bouquets Australia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Crochet Bouquets Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or contact us and we will negotiate with the shipment carrier on your behalf.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Uncollected / Returned Packages

If a delivery attempt is made and the parcel is not collected within the timeframe specified by the carrier (e.g. Australia Post), the parcel may be returned to sender or destroyed.

In such cases, Crochet Bouquets Australia is not responsible for replacement or refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide a correct, complete shipping address at checkout
  • Monitor tracking information
  • Collect the parcel within the timeframe advised by the delivery carrier

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or it is collected promptly from the designated post office or pickup location.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Australia and New Zealand.
