Are your flowers handmade?
Yes, all of our flowers are carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Each bouquet is crafted stitch by stitch, making every flower unique and special.
How can I be sure the flowers look like the photo?
We take great care to ensure our product photos accurately represent the beauty of our crochet flowers. Since each bouquet is handmade, there might be slight variations in the exact look.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, and our return policy ensures you can return any item that doesn’t meet your expectations.
What are your shipping details?
We process all orders within 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This may be longer if we are out of stock and need to make to order your bouquet. Shipping is free on all orders, with delivery estimated at 2-6 business days, although delays can occasionally occur. You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships. Currently, we only ship within Australia. Please note that while we try keep all stock locally, some orders may need to fulfilled from overseas during periods of high demand.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it is unused, and in the same condition as received, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
